Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, all purchases are final. Bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and accessories cannot be returned once the order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, email vivreeclatextensions@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-Order Items

Lengths 32"–40" are pre-order only and require payment in full. Pre-orders cannot be refunded once placed.
