- Can I curl or straighten it?
- Yes. The hair can be curled, straightened, and styled with heat. Always use a heat protectant to maintain quality.
- How long does the hair last?
- With proper care, VivreEclat hair can last approximately 12–24 months.
- How long does shipping take?
- In-stock orders ship within 48 hours after verified payment. Weekends, holidays, pre-order items, and carrier delays are excluded.
- What products are pre-order?
- Hair lengths 32"–40" are PRE-ORDER ONLY. Pre-order products require payment in full before shipping.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products.
